Notice of AGM 2022

The official notice is hereby given by the IPTGSA committee that the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM 2022) will be held on 21 September 2022.

The AGM will be convened at a venue to be confirmed but will be an online meeting to allow all members to join in on the discussions. As members on the Board and Exco are appointed in a 2-year cycle this AGM will be a voting AGM and nominations will be opened in due course

Members are invited to raise points to be placed on the Agenda 60 days prior to the AGM at [email protected]

Be registered tourist guide with one of the provinces

Have valid First aid certificate.

Have proof of at least 5 years as active tourist guide

May apply for Aspirant membership if you have less than 5 year experience

When you start the registration process, have the following ready for upload.

Passport type picture (max 800KB)

Image of your ID (max 1MB)

Image of front of Registration card

Image of back if Registration card

image of SAQA qualification

Copy of CV

Proceed by clicking the green Register button, most detail is to be completed online and with above uploads.

Your profile will be activated and you will be able to check up on the Status of your application by going to "My Account".
